Amplify

The human heart of travel.

AI won't replace what makes travel advisors extraordinary. It will help the world see it.

Our story

I spent decades building technology companies. After co-founding EK3 Technologies, a digital signage platform that grew to a successful exit, I was looking for what came next. A chance partnership with Ryan McElroy, a 30-year veteran of the travel advisory industry, pulled me into a world I knew almost nothing about. In hindsight, that naivety turned out to be exactly the point. An outsider sees what insiders have stopped noticing.

What I found surprised me. Travel advisors were some of the most passionate, knowledgeable professionals I had ever encountered. They knew destinations the way sommeliers know wine, with depth, nuance, and personal experience that no algorithm could replicate. They had walked the vineyards. They had slept in the rooms. They had cried at sunsets and hauled luggage through airports and sat with families trying to plan the trip of a lifetime. But almost none of that expertise was visible online. The internet was full of generic travel content. The real experts were invisible.

Ryan had spent 30 years helping advisors grow their businesses through referral strategies that actually work. He knew the data, and more importantly, he had seen it play out thousands of times. Ninety-six percent of booking decisions come from relationships, service, and genuine expertise, not price. Advisors did not need more leads. They needed to be found by the right people. People who were already looking for exactly what they offered. The question that kept coming up was deceptively simple: what if we could make their expertise visible at scale?

That question became Amplify. A platform where a three-minute conversation with an AI interviewer becomes a professionally published travel story, with the advisor's name, their expertise, and their voice. Not content written by AI. Content powered by AI that sounds like the advisor, because it comes directly from the advisor. The story was always theirs. We just built a way to tell it.

Advisors say they want more leads. But what they really want are more referrals. Referrals come from being visible, trusted, and known for what you do best. Amplify makes that visibility possible. One published story at a time.
